How do you know which card to pick?

Our decision logic works by looking at the unique combination of product variables and your personal preferences. We have up-to-date information on all financial products including rewards offers, cashback, interest rates, and merchant offers. We then combine that with your individual spending data such as which loyalty programs you have, where you eat, shop, who your utility provider is, etc, and choose the best way to pay that gives you the most value. Every decision we make is completely personalised based on your specific situation. 

What if I wanted a purchase on a different card?

If you don’t like a routing decision, no problem! We let you switch the card you paid from up to 7 days after the transaction, to give you peace of mind.

How much does it cost to use your product?

Our first 1,000 customers will be able to use all the features of Simply Zibra for FREE! Following that, we will have a freemium model where you can use the Simply Zibra card and decision logic for free and pay a small fee for the insights.

Can you explain how you’re keeping my data safe?

Simply Zibra partners with licensed entities to safely store your financial data. We use Yodlee to access your banking information and your bank login details are never stored on our server. Yodlee is trusted by over 30 million users worldwide. Furthermore, we encrypt all your data end-to-end using 256-bit SSL encryption and follow the same security protocol standards that the banks do.

What if there is fraud on one of my accounts?

If you do not recognise a transaction on your account, and you believe you have been a victim of fraud, in the first instance, please make sure that you lock your card in the Simply Zibra app. This will prevent any further unauthorised charges from being debited to your account. Please contact your bank and our support team instantly and we will do everything possible to help.
